Are the borders we assume real or are they created from our insecurities and fears? Not everyone can be the best in the world at what they do, but you can be the best you can be at something. But this takes a mindset that accepts the possibility and probability that failure will happen. I have met some of the most talented people in photography, design, advertising, art and many other disciplines during my travels around the world yet they are not always living a life where their potential is being realized. Also, on the other hand I have seen many people with a modicum of talent seemingly propelled to greatness in an industry. The only difference is that some tried and others are left wondering and dreaming of what may come of their talents.
I love the insight of the titanic poster below (4th row, middle) it is very clever. And the photograph (bottom right) I just love the graininess of the image as it adds so much drama to a quite beautiful image. The skateboard image is in here for an experiment I am doing. Every time I have something to do with skateboarding my spam filter goes crazy. I like the image but my curiosity on this factor over powered my choice, just this time. Have a creative day.
